When the game ends we read the final score and mark the pick won, lost or void. You don't type anything in, and neither does anyone else.

No. BetsPal is not a bookmaker or sportsbook. It takes no bets, holds no stakes and pays no winnings, and no real money is ever involved in a pick. It is a social app for sharing and tracking picks, just for fun and bragging rights, for adults aged 18 and over.
Every pick is tied to a specific real game and timestamped when it is posted. When the game ends, BetsPal reads the final score and marks the pick won, lost or void automatically. Tipsters can't settle or delete their own results, so the record shows what actually happened.
To Tail a pick is to copy it onto your own slip and back the tipster. To Fade a pick is to go against it. My slip holds every pick you're part of, posted, tailed or faded, until it settles; a losing one becomes a torn ticket. None of it involves money.
ROI is profit divided by the total staked, counted in tracking units rather than money. Leaderboard ROI assumes the same stake on every pick, so nobody can inflate it by staking big on short odds. For example, 10 picks at 1 unit each that return 12.25 units is +2.25 units of profit and an ROI of +22.5%.
